9/10ths of the Law

This is a prototype for 9/10ths of the Law

We intended for this to be about both drugs AND demonic possession... but between scope creep, both of us being busy, and us realizing the deadline was off by a day, this is as much as we could accomplish. It's just about drugs now, we have some cool artwork for possessed thugs and a witch! (Which? Whitch?... ohh no... )
